Tax consultancy from its most pleasant side
Accounting and taxes are probably more likely to cause headaches for most people. They are considered dry, complicated, inscrutable, in short simply unpleasant. Horst Neuhäusel, accountant and management consultant in Graz, knows this uneasiness and wants to take it away from his clients by creating a positive environment. So he turned to Stefanie Schöffmann, Creative Director of the Graz agency look! design, who had already supported him with the web presence, for the redesign of his office premises. "The world of numbers is regarded by many as dry matter. At the same time, finances are a sensitive topic where trust plays a major role. That's why we highlight the exciting and positive aspects of this topic in our web presence and also in the interior design," says Schöffmann.

When rooms learn to speak
The professionals for visual communication, interior design and scenography pulled out all the stops and set new accents. Let's start in the entrance area, which greets the arriving guests in a friendly manner. The earthy colours have a calming effect, so that any nervousness that may be present is dispelled. The reception area visually picks up the visitors: "Your numbers in the best hands. That is exactly what we are here for!" Direct, clear and friendly communication. Texts that also describe the qualities of the company on the website are translated from the digital platform into the analogue space. The waiting area deals with the topic: "Your success is my mission." It is shown that for Neuhäusel only the best possible solution always counts: Personal support, expert know-how, time for discussions to discover opportunities, gain time and benefit from state-of-the-art accounting, i.e. paperless bookkeeping. And finally, everything in the meeting room revolves around the figures themselves.
Interior design creates trust
Following the spatial relaunch, visitors to the accounting office are now greeted by friendly colours, likeable icons and appealing texts on the walls. "We have achieved what we wanted. Our goal was to make analogue and digital working methods visible and to create an inviting perspective on the complex topic of accounting," Neuhäusel is satisfied. The new interior design is well received and creates an atmosphere of trust.

Such a successful history of creative industries naturally makes you want more. "Through the cooperation with look! design we have also understood the essential principles of professional communication, which help us to act better every day. This is why we feel strengthened in our decision to cooperate and want to continue to invest in communication", management consultant Neuhäusel is enthusiastic.
