"One of the biggest challenges will be to meet the Internet of Things and the associated flood of data with innovative business models," said the trained design thinker from Zukunftsinstitut Workshop GmbH. Against the background of the megatrend "individualization", people today are increasingly looking for special and unique experiences. "The cross-innovation approach helps to develop solutions that meet these demands and establish them on the market in the long term," said Noll.
