EIT Culture & Creativity is an initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT). We are a knowledge and innovation community that aims to strengthen and transform Europe's cultural and creative sectors and industries (CCSI) by connecting creatives and organizations with Europe's largest innovation network. Kreativwirtschaft Austria supported the network's start-up year and the founding of the CLC SEA in Vienna. We are already looking forward to the founding of the CLC by EIT Culture & Creativity and wish the project every success! "Creatives without borders, innovation without limits"
We are host for a co-location center of the EIT Culture & Creativity
Headquartered in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, EIT Culture & Creativity will establish over six subsidiaries, so-called co-location centers. These regional centers will address the needs of local and regional ecosystems and provide relevant services, tailored to the respective ecosystem and different actors of students, start-ups, venture capital investors and policy makers for the creative sector. In addition to Amsterdam, Barcelona, Bologna, Helsinki, Kosice, a location of the EIT Culture and Creativity is to be established in Vienna, for which Kreativwirtschaft Austria will act as host in the start-up phase.
