Open days - Independent Space Index 2024
Festival of independent Viennese art spaces from May 31 - June 2
From Friday, May 31 to Sunday, June 2, independent Viennese art spaces will once again open their doors together as part of the Independent Space Index 2024. At this year's festival, around 45 spaces will once again invite visitors to freely accessible special events and exhibitions during joint opening hours from 2pm to 6pm.
The Independent Space Index is an initiative of Viennese creatives and space operators and, with its multi-day Independent Space Index festival, has been the largest annual joint event of independent art spaces in Vienna since its first edition in 2018. The aim is to present the diverse art production in Vienna to a broad public.
The Independent Space Index 2024 takes place in cooperation with the Vienna Business Agency.
