DIGITAL Creative Industries Workshop

"NFT-Lab - Securing, using and exploiting digital assets with non-fungible tokens".

5.4. and 6.4.2022, 9:00 to 13:00 hrs each.
The workshop will take place digitally.

With blockchain technology, creators can digitise their assets and turn them into NFT - Non Fungible Tokens: Graphics, music, digital artworks, videos or even analogue products. In this way, the uniqueness of an NFT can be proven and creative works can thus be easily and digitally traded. For the creative industries, this opens up completely new possibilities for application and exploitation.

You can try out how this works at the NFT Lab - according to the motto 'learning-by-doing'. Participants can set up a wallet and create and transfer NFTs themselves. In the NFT Lab, professionals tell you first-hand how they use NFTs, experienced tech experts explain what's behind the technology, and you can draw on the know-how of the other participating creative entrepreneurs with the help of innovative mediation methods and work co-creatively and interdisciplinarily on business models and applications for your company.

The Creative Industries Workshop is implemented in cooperation with AustriaPro by Kreativwirtschaft Austria as part of the Creative Industries Strategy for Austria of the Federal Ministry for Digitalisation and Economic Location.

To enable you to set up your wallet and trade NFTs yourself, we charge a contribution towards costs of EUR 100.
