The transformation workshops are one of KAT's match-making formats and ensure the creative business upgrade of industries: In a one-day workshop, fifteen selected companies from one industry benefit exclusively from professional know-how from the creative industries - from digitalization, design, gaming, software, communication, advertising, film and much more. In a moderated, interactive format, new approaches and solutions are developed for the personal business model and for the specific industry challenges. The learnings from the workshop will be summarized and published.
The kickoff of the new format was implemented for austriaguides in cooperation with the Federal Department of Tourism and Leisure Industry and the Professional Association of Leisure and Sports Enterprises.
