New funding: Culture & Technology - Focus Festivals

If you are organizing a festival with a connection to Vienna and would like to use new technological solutions in your festival operations in the future, the Vienna Business Agency 's new two-stage Culture & Technology: Focus Festivals funding program will provide you with targeted support in implementing your idea.

The first stage of the funding process, the Culture & Technology: Focus Festivals ideas competition, is looking for concepts that find contemporary technological solutions for festival operations.

 

The winners of the ideas competition will receive a prize of EUR 5,000. Winners of the ideas competition can then submit in the second stage of the funding process, the Culture & Technology: Focus Festivals funding, and receive up to EUR 100,000 for the implementation of the concept.

The two-stage funding process is intended to support the development of innovative technology-oriented solutions in the areas of visitor experience & networking, research & mediation, exhibition & stage design and archiving & documentation for integration into festival operations.
