The future poses major challenges for the creative industries: digital transformation, social and ecological issues – everything is changing rapidly.
we:transform is your business boost. In our nine-month co-creation program, you will gain new perspectives, deepen your knowledge of digital, ecological and social issues and develop concrete projects with impact together with other professionals from advertising, design, film, music, gaming, architecture and more. One focus: the opportunities and challenges of AI.

🤝 Networking & co-creation
You cooperate with selected creative professionals. You will develop interdisciplinary projects that will take your company forward. You become part of an Austria-wide network of the creative industries.
💡 Knowledge & tools
You will strengthen your transformation and cooperation skills and receive practical knowledge transfer on the topics of the triple transition – from AI agents to the circular economy to social innovation and more.
🎓 Certification & visibility
You will receive the “Certified Creative Industries Expert ” certificate – a strong signal for your customers and partners. For WKO members, it is also stored in the company A-Z.
💸 F ree of charge thanks to funding
The program, which is worth several thousand euros, is funded by the BMWET and is therefore free of charge for you! Only accommodation, meals and a seminar fee of approx. 500€ for the Co-Creation Camp have to be paid by yourself.
Your transformation journey
Two one-day workshops in presence
In the regional workshops, you will work in small groups of 15 people with experienced transformation coaches and strengthen your cooperation and project skills as well as your understanding of cross-over innovations. Choose from one of five federal states.

Co-Creation Camp 2.5 days in Carinthia
The whole group comes together at the Co-Creation Camp. 2.5 days of intensive work, exchange and team-building – this is where the projects, collaborations and ideas that will really take you and your company forward are created.
Your co-creation project work – at least 20 hours
A central element of we:transform is the development of projects together with other creatives from the we:transform community – always in the context of digital, social and ecological transformation. You can already submit your initial project ideas when you apply. You will receive additional impetus through the online sessions, which will provide you with know-how and open up new perspectives. Ideas are presented and developed further at the co-creation camp. This is where project teams come together to work on innovative solutions. A project can:
- the development of a new offer,
- the development of a topic or business area or
- be the realization of an innovative idea.
All projects are in the context of transformation and should create real added value for you and your company.
If you do not find a cooperation project by the end of the co-creation camp, you can also develop your own project. All those who are working alone on their company/project come together in peer groups to use the group’s resources for further entrepreneurial development.
Each project or peer group can take advantage of coaching sessions to be accompanied by experienced we:transform coaches.

Final barcamp at the one-day network meeting in Vienna
At the end, a one-day barcamp awaits you where everything comes together: you reflect on the Triple Transition, successful projects are presented and you can network with the Austria-wide creative industries network. Optionally also internationally the next day at CIMIx.
