The network meeting brought together 90 we:transform participants and the C to the power of 3 community full of exchange, inspiration and new connections.
The network meeting on January 27, 2026 marked the grand finale of we:transform 2025. Over 90 participants and numerous members of the C to the power of 3 community came together to celebrate the year of joint transformation – with inspiring impulses, open questions, bold ideas and many personal encounters.
The evening before, some of the we:transform participants started the exchange: an informal get-together that laid the foundation for an intensive day together. The official kick-off followed as part of CIMIx 2026, which took place in cooperation with we:transform for the first time this year. All those arriving were welcomed together and introduced to the day.
Barcamp: Inspiration in motion
The highlight in terms of content was the barcamp – an open format that offered space for talks, project presentations, questions about the future and food for thought from the community. Each session arose from whatever was on the participants’ minds at the time: new ideas, challenges from their own projects, creative solutions or personal learnings from the program year.
This diversity of perspectives made the Barcamp a lively place for further thinking – supported by the openness of the community and the willingness to share knowledge.
Encounters that last
Between the sessions, coffee breaks and a joint lunch provided plenty of space for networking. The CIMIx party that followed continued the day with ease. An informal, cheerful conclusion that perfectly captured the mood: lots of happy faces, intensive exchanges and a palpable sense of solidarity.
The network meeting once again demonstrated what the C to the power of 3 and we:transform community is all about: open cooperation, the courage to innovate and the common goal of thinking ahead in the creative industries. It was a worthy conclusion for the participants of Durchgang 2025 and a strong sign for everyone involved of how much potential there is in genuine networking.
