Good design doesn’t start with software, but with an understanding of organization, typography, and visual communication. In the three-part online workshop “CHAOS – Designing with a System,” Alexander C. Kofler demonstrates how to structure information effectively, prioritize content, and make well-informed design decisions. Through hands-on exercises, participants will learn the key features of Adobe InDesign and apply them to the fundamentals of good design. Participants will learn to analyze layouts, apply typographic principles, and professionally execute their own designs. The workshop combines theory, hands-on practice, and feedback sessions and is aimed at beginners as well as those with some experience.
